JOB TITLE: Clerical
REPORT TO: Clinic/Program Manager
TIME COMMITMENT: Varies depends on needs of location (Hillside, Millville, Robbinsville, NJ)
PURPOSE: To ensure the timely filing and scanning of clinic documentation.
DUTIES: To assist with scanning and filing documents.
QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to handle multiple tasks and to work independently. General office procedure knowledge is helpful.
TRAINING: Brief orientation, tour and review of the job description with staff.
DRESS CODE: Volunteer T-shirt and name tag. Wear long pants, closed toe, rubber-soled non-slip shoes.

Accessible to underserved areas in NJ ensuring low-income families can obtain the care their pets need. Currently helping 35,000 animals and performing 24,500 surgeries per year.
