Well known Film Festivals want our new documentary about World Citizen #1 Garry Davis - introduced by Martin Sheen. This film presents a major breakthrough toward human rights and peace around the globe. See www.mycountryistheworld.org. Before we can exhibit our film we need help with rights and clearances, crowd-funding, etc.
Come be a volunteer on this major documentary film and perhaps earn a Production Assistant credit!
We need one or two detail-oriented volunteer to help us with office tasks associated with the clearance of historic film footage and later with crowdfunding. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
Working with Rights and Clearance chart in Excel, comparing to film, adding snippets of all new pictures and footage to the chart. Recalculating time codes, etc.
Copying and pasting dialog from our Story Boards into a dialog list with time codes, putting them into proper format, and checking them for accuracy. This will be used for creating Closed Captions.
Researching video & photo clips as needed.
Helping to manage data base of crowdfunding campaign
Assisting the producer in all aspects of the process as needed.
Various other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Must be detail-oriented, extremely reliable and dedicated. Good skills in using Excel formulas (to update time codes) would be a plus but not required.
If you do the tasks well you may earn a Production Assistant credit in the film.
