Through our Veterans Companion Program, veterans can support other veterans who are terminally ill. We recognize that veterans share a special bond. We will match you wil a veteran who needs your support.

Heartland Hospice Volunteers bring the gift of friendship to terminally ill patients. Volunteers offer companionship, lend an ear, share experiences & stories, hold a hand, give a needed hug, and offer words of comfort.

Must be 18 years or older. We provide training and ongoing support. Volunteer hours are flexible and scheduled according to your availability.
