Daytime Gift Shop Volunteers Needed to join our Westside Medical Center

We are looking for volunteers to help fill day-time gift shop positions. This is an on-going and consistent weekly commitment.
Current needs:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:00pm
Monday-Friday 12:00pm-4:00pm
Monday-Friday high school students 4:00pm-6:00pm
Kaiser Westside Medical Center is seeking volunteers to support our very popular Gift Shop located within the hospital in Hillsboro. Our volunteers provide an opportunity for staff, members and visitors to enjoy a bit of retail therapy and find unique items at reasonable prices. We are seeking volunteers who are customer service advocates and those with retail experience. All proceeds from the shop are used to provide additional resources for units in the hospital.
Volunteers offer at least 4 hours a week of their time to help staff our gift shop. Gift Shop hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. Please note that we are currently looking for volunteers who can work in the mornings or afternoons. Make an impact with the Hillsboro community by providing your time and talent to our gift shop today.

Kaiser Westside Medical Center volunteers partner with staff to provide our members with a truly patient/family centered experience. We provide meaningful experiences for committed volunteers. We have been recognized by the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce, School to Work program in the Northwest Region for achievements in our department.
We are looking for volunteers to come to our facility located in Oregon to partner in maintaining our high patient satisfaction scores-the highest in Kaiser hospitals. As a newer facility, we provide technology for our patients and are always seeking opportunities to enhance the experience that members need and expect.
