Over 55 years of age and have a few hours to spare one day a week, once a month, or whenever your schedule permits? If so, the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Dutchess County could use your help in any of our home meal delivery programs.
Currently we are in need of volunteers to help deliver meals to seniors in various locations within Dutchess County. These programs allows seniors to remain in their homes and provides them with daily socialization with the delivery person (you).

The mission of The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Dutchess County is to utilize the skills, expertise and life experiences of individuals 55 and older to address and meet the needs of communities, community residents and non profits.
Description
Dutchess County;s Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is part of a network of national service programs that provides Americans 55 and older the opportunity to apply their life experiences in meeting community needs. RSVP volunteers serve in various non-profit and government agencies in Dutchess County. RSVP specializes in tapping the skills and experience, recent retirees or long term retirees by matching their talents and interests with the critical needs of local non-profit and government agencies and organizations.

- Must be at least 55
- Orientation or Training
- Up to two hours a day. 2-3 times per month
- Deliver meals in Beacon, Fishkill, Hyde Park, Wappingers Falls, Poughkeepsie and surrounding areas.
