ORGANIZATION: Meals on Wheels San Diego County

There are so many ways you can help Meals on Wheels San Diego County. We are looking for volunteers to help in everything from office work and community outreach, to events and meal center support, and you could even be one of our friendly delivery volunteers that just might be the only contact that some of our seniors have all day. There are also transitioning career and internship programs available in social media/writing and nonprofit management. The mission of Meals on Wheels San Diego County is to support the independence and well-being of seniors.

Description

We are recruiting caring individuals who would like to be a part of our organization by delivering healthy meals to seniors. Delivery drivers are able to work as few or as many hours as they wish on a temporary or long-term basis. Training is provided to all volunteers.
