We are looking to secure more volunteers for the Walk to End Alzheimer's on September 18. If you are interested and available to volunteer during the event please fill out the following Google Form and we will get an assignment ready for you!
Feel free to forward this to anyone you may know that is available to volunteer from your network!
This google form will capture your updated contact information, t-shirt size and preferred duties and you will be able to accept the volunteer waiver. Please note we are asking all volunteers to be vaccinated or have a negative covid test the week of the Walk. You do not have to show this but by signing up you affirm to comply with this request. Thank you.

The Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati serves 37 counties in Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana through a variety of programs and services. The chapter provides counseling and support for families affected by Alzheimer's disease as well as educational programs for professional and family caregivers.
