ORGANIZATION: LINC Housing

As a volunteer you will maintain and expand LINC Housing’s communications with our staff, board of directors, key stakeholders in the affordable housing industry, and volunteers. Develop new communications for online fundraising. Gain experience and create samples of work to build your career skills and references.

Volunteer projects include the design and production of:

  • Hard copy newsletter
  • Create logos and graphics for campaign emails and website
  • Invitations and programs for events
  • Photo editing
  • Other design projects as needed

Use and develop your design skills to help LINC Housing build homes for those in need!

Description

Linc Housing builds, owns, and operates affordable housing for low-income families and seniors throughout California. Our resident services department provides life-enhancing services to residents. Our staff members teach and collaborate with nearby agencies to facilitate classes and activities that cover health, exercise, financial literacy, after-school care, ESL, computer skills, crafts, volunteer opportunities, social events, and field trips to experience science, nature, and the arts.
