PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Assist Red Cross in delivering mission by educating community members, organizations, and agencies to prevent and prepare for emergencies.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Flexible
Commitment will depend on scheduling of community preparedness education opportunities and availability of volunteers
Approximately 2 to 4 hours per presentation or booth event
Suggested minimum of 4 times a year
To maintain active status one must participate a minimum average of two hours per month or 24 hous per year.

Due to COVID-19, we at the American Red Cross are delivering our mission a bit differently these days. Nearly all of our work is being done virtually when possible. After you complete the volunteer application at RedCross.org/Volunteer, a regional representative will reach out to speak to you about specific opportunities in your area and how you can help.
