ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - North Florida Region

PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Disaster Action Team (DAT) members assist Red Cross in delivering mission by alleviating human suffering caused by disasters.

OPEN TIME DAYS

Choose your availability on an avilability and rotation schedule

Weekdays, Weeknights and Weekends availabie

To maintain active status one must participate a minimum average of two hours a month or 24 hours per year.

Due to COVID-19, we at the American Red Cross are delivering our mission a bit differently these days. Nearly all of our work is being done virtually when possible. After you complete the volunteer application at RedCross.org/Volunteer, a regional representative will reach out to speak to you about specific opportunities in your area and how you can help.
