PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The Preparedness and Health and Safety Services Instructors primary responsibility is to instruct American Red Cross classes.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Approximately four to eight hours per class including preparation, set, teaching and cleaning equipment when required
Teach or co-teach a minimum of 2 times a year and preferred 4 times a year
Flexible schedule available.｠ Instructor's are needefd dfaytime, evenings or weekends
REQUIRED TRAININGSuccessful completion of volunteer instructor training program
Orientation to American Red Cross
Periodic training updates as required

Due to COVID-19, we at the American Red Cross are delivering our mission a bit differently these days. Nearly all of our work is being done virtually when possible. After you complete the volunteer application at RedCross.org/Volunteer, a regional representative will reach out to speak to you about specific opportunities in your area and how you can help.
