Description
Southern Hills is a Career - Technical Center for high school students who wish to pursue training in any one of our fourteen career tech programs. We offer two-year training with certification. Students engage in career training for half of their day and rigorous academic education for the other half of the school day. Programs offered are: Clinical Health Care Options, Early Childhood Education, Cosmetology, Engineering, Medical Business, Graphic Communications, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, Culinary Arts, Welding Automotive Technology, Carpentry, Sports Medicine, and Agricultural/Industrial Mechanics.
Students in the Renewed Opportunities program choose the program they are interested in and spend two years earning their certification while also earning high school credits toward their high school diploma.
