Become a volunteer tutor at La Palma Branch Library! Adult and teenage volunteers needed to assist elementary, middle and high school students with homework, studying and literacy. Homework help sessions are held Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Volunteers must commit to a minimum of one session per week. Volunteer candidates should be energetic and patient, have a strong academic standing and be comfortable with basic school subjects.
