Support a young student throughout the school year as a volunteer mentor with Achievers For Life! AFL is a dropout prevention initiative designed to connect disengaged middle school students aspirations to effort.
AFL is currently in ten Duval County middle schools in the Westside, Northside, Urban Core and Arlington Areas.

As a mentor you will be provided-

  • Free mentoring training (Free background screening at training)
  • A Mentor Advocate to assist with the mentoring relationship
  • A Mentee who is grateful for your support
