Help Boys & Girls Club administrative staff by answering and directing phone calls using a multi-line phone system (3-4 lines). Other duties may include: filing, word processing, data entry, photo copying, preparing mail, shredding, light cleaning (dusting) and other duties as projects arise. Office volunteers work at the administrative office in the Roosevelt Club.

Volunteer shifts are available M-F between 8:00am and 5:00pm. However, our GREATEST NEEDS are on Wednesdays from 9-1:00, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11-2:00.

Requirements: Able to pass a background check. Ability to follow instructions accurately, keyboarding skills, professionalism, flexibility, and detail oriented. Office experience will be helpful.

Commitment: We would like volunteers to make a 3-month minimum commitment. It would be ideal if volunteers could stay for a 2 hour block during their volunteer time.

All volunteers are asked to complete a criminal background check before their first volunteer experience.
