PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Support Workforce Engagement Manager in coordination and development of all training activities for Disaster Services volunteers.

OPEN TIME DAYS
Variable, 5 hours per month; must be flexible and available during non-traditional work hours as course offerings are frequently scheduled in the evening and on weekends.

REQUIRED TRAINING

* Orientation to the American Red Cross (online)
* Disaster Services Overview⦆ (classroom or blended)
* Psychological First Aid (classroom)
* Shelter Fundamentals (online)
* Disaster Assessment Fundamentals (online)
* Client Casework (classroom)
* Supervising Volunteers Workshop - recommended (classroom)
* SABA LMS Advanced Training
