Agricultural Internship: Lead a micro farm that grows food for expecting mothers and hospital patients. coordinate the activities of volunteers to maximize production of the micro farm and learning opportunities for the volunteers and mothers.

We are looking for an agriculture graduate as an internship or a retired farmer as a staff member to come to Honduras and help us on a demonstration farm. You will be a member of a team teaching organic farming to substance farmers (those farmers who rely on their farm as a sole source for food). This position is for 6 months to 2 years. We will focus on garden vegetables as a source of vitamins and minerals and potatoes production. To make this farm sustainable we will also be producing products to sale to the national markets. We will employ some animals as a source of food and organic matter to create fertilizer.
