Seeking a caring and understanding volunteer to work with our bereavement coordinator. Volunteers may help by making follow-up phone calls, sending cards, helping with mailings and visiting those in need who have recently lost a loved one. Schedules are flexible and orientation/training is provided!

The mission of Compassus Hospice is to provide physical, emotional, social and spiritual support to terminally ill patients, as well as their families and loved ones, while assisting patients and families to live with dignity and comfort as they cope with end of life issues.

Compassus Hospice is a health care organization, serving as the parent of a multi-state health care system. Itincludes several hospital sites and a number of outpatient, long-term care and home health organizations in Wisconsin, and across the country. It is committed to living out the healing ministry of Jesus by providing exceptional and compassionate health care service that promotes the dignity and well being of the people we serve.
It reinvests all of our net income into the communities we serve, rather than distributing it to shareholders or private owners. Simply put, Compassus Hospice exists to serve and benefit our communities.
