Patient and Family Care Volunteers are directly involved with the patient and family. They visit patients in their private homes, assisted living centers, skilled nursing centers or contracted hospitals providing: //CDC social distancing guidelines are followed.
Companionship
Music
Reading and writing of letters for the patient.
Help with Legacy projects such as scrapbooking, etc.
Spiritual care and prayer.
