THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO PROVIDE A SWEET TREAT TO SOMEONE WHO WOULD APPRECIATE IT! Call Avalon Hospice for ways YOU can provide a sweet surprise to a Hospice Patient who might not otherwise be able to celebrate their special day, or might just need some cheering up! Description
Avalon Hospice is comprised of a team of doctors, nurses, aids, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. Our approach to hospice care considers the wide range of needs patients and families experience when facing a terminal illness. Avalon's collaborative team approach ensures patients' and their families' specific needs are targeted and addressed quickly and with great compassion.
