Good Neighbor Volunteers provide companionship and support to older neighbors. Tasks may include: friendly calls, running errands, grocery shopping and contactless delivery, yardwork, etc. Help older adults with tasks that have become a challenge due to the pandemic. Make it possible for them to remain in their own homes and communities!

Description
Central Vermont Council on Aging (CVCOA) serves adults 60 and older living in Central Vermont, their caregivers, partners and families without discrimination and regardless of income. We are an AmeriCorps Seniors grantee and receive funds through their Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).
Join us in creating a caring network of support for older Central Vermonters! You can provide companionship, offer respite, prepare a garden bed or stack wood. You can lead a wellness class, deliver Meals on Wheels, provide a trip to the grocery store, and more.
