Hedonisia EcoFeminist Community
EcoFeminist Entrepreneur is a book teaching how to create a business that makes money and can be used as a tool for gender equality.
EcoFeminist Entrepreneurship embodies the idea of 'empowered' feminism. Women not be only fighting to 'raise the glass ceiling' but also be aspiring to 'own' it.
Certain schools of feminism have looked at business with suspicion. They see capitalism as an extension of patriarchy. A system that monetizes women and their bodies. That is all true. However, women, men, and LGBTQ persons can be EcoFeminist Entrepreneurs using principles of 'conscious capitalism' in a very positive way.
We seek volunteers with writing, editing, proofreading, and research experience to help us improve the EcoFeminist Entrepreneur eBook.
Business experience is a plus but not necessary as this book is being written for ALL women, not just those with a degree in business.
We are also looking for proofreaders and editors who can prepare our manuscript for EcoFeminist Entrepreneur under the guidelines of either CreateSpace.com, Kindle, or other self-publishing formats.
This project is also great for those who wish to learn about self-publishing by publishing an actual book.
We look forward to working with you.

Hedonisia EcoFeminist Community: Our community is based on the principle of 'pleasurable activism', we try to do our bit to 'save the world' but we also try to enjoy ourselves at the same time. It is the reason we call our community 'Hedonisia'! We have fun in paradise but are not blind to the world's problems. We manage and work on our portfolio of Activist, EcoFeminist and EcoSex projects. You can see the Hedonisia Web Portfolio at: hedonisia.com
Hedonisia Hawaii EcoFeminist Community was started in 2004 in the Hawaiian rainforest. Our community was based on ecofeminism and ecotourism as our social and economic foundations.
We are idealist but also pragmatic. Through our philosophy of activist and feminist enterprise, we seek business solutions to various problems in the world.
Though our community is small, the projects we work on have a global reach. One of our feminist web projects provides women around the world with information on reproductive choice. It has been accessed by over one million women over the past decade and, as reported by women themselves, saved many lives by giving them access to reproductive choice.
In 2018 the Hedonisia Hawaii Community was destroyed by lava flow from the Kilauea Volcanic eruption. We temporarily relocated to Portland OR where we continue work on our web projects.
We have a crowdfund campaign to rebuild our community in Hawaii: GoFundMe/SaveHedonisia
We are preparing to return. See hedonisiahawaii.com for more details.
We welcome you to be part of our Community Rebirth!
Aloha.
We'll work with your schedule.
