- Data Entry and Filing.
- Answer phones and greet clients.
- Performs clerical duties such as typing letters and memos, collating mailings, stuffing envelopes, photocopying, sorting mail, and light bookkeeping duties, as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ten-key by touch, typing skills, and computer skills are necessary.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Reliable and atleast 4 months commitment.
