Omega House exists to nurture the well being, and meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of persons affected by HIV and AIDS through compassionate health care and social services.
Omega House, residential hospice, is a safe and loving home environment where people living with the late stages of HIV/AIDS or other medical issues can spend their final days with dignity and in peace.
We are in need of friendly and caring volunteers to assist Omega House staff with personal care of Omega House residents, light housekeeping, and cooking meals. Volunteers also have the opportunity to work in the garden and lead activities with house residents.
Omega House volunteers typically work three-hour and four hour shifts every other week, with opportunities available during the day and evenings. Volunteers may also work as needed. You can set your own schedule!
No medical background? No worries! We provide training to all volunteers.
