Fashion Your Mind Organization is back in the buzz of things and here to continue on with providing our valuable services to the people in our communities from the Greater Bay Area to the Greater Sacramento Area and beyond.
We are celebrating our 10th year anniversary and have much to share and give to the people in our community through our latest and new "Finally Home" Program and our "Giving to Live" Events!
FYMO needs your help in preparing for our 10th year magazine style program book. Your duties may include the following:
- Identify potential new advertisers to solicit leads from committee members
- Prepare and send emails for Advertising Package
- Prepare and send emails for Fashion Show Program Ads
- Prepare and send letters and contacts to potential new advertisers and previous advertisers without an email address for Fashion Show Program Ads
- Coordinate with committee for phone call follow-up to emails and mailings
- Send thank-you letters and to all advertisers upon receipt of the completed ad packet
- Maintain database of all advertisers and results of mailings
- Maintain a log of all ads received by size and position preference
- Maintain a file of each contact and scanned artwork
- Collect and store Program Books when needed
- Distribute Programs to advertisers as requested

Fashion Your Mind Organization (FYMO) is a Non Profit 501 (c) (3) Corporation. Our mission is to provide financial support to cancer patients for health and living related expenses. Through our Finally Home Program we help those in need and people facing homelessness with clothing and other essential resources all while offering fashion sewing and creative arts workshops to people in the communities where we operate.
Description
FYMO’s "Finally Home" program helps those in need and people facing homelessness with essential resources and supplies needed to live a sustainable life. Other services provided are job development skills, creative arts workshops for those with physical and mental limitations and help in searching for permanent housing through our community stores and satellite locations.
Our vision is to form a solid foundation that provides long term resources and housing for those in need. To close the gap of those having no place to go during the day to utilize their time in a positive and creative manner. And to explore healthy ways to release tension in an atmosphere that promotes comprehensive wellness.
FYMO’s(r) Community Stores, engage in retailing new and gently used apparel, furniture, electronics, household appliances, baby care and other general merchandise.
