Did you love playing with Legos as a child? Then, this opportunity is for you! Expose 2nd - 3rd grade children from our 21C schools to science and math through fun and engaging Lego projects. The mentor will work one-on-one, or two-on-one with students to utilizes the experience of play to teach lessons in developing predictions, problem solving, testing hypotheses, and learning about the components and engineering of simple machines. Incredible friendships just happen to be built along the way! We provide all the materials, lessons, and training and this is only an hour and a half a week commitment for 6 weeks.
