The Cracker Storytelling festival is looking for volunteers to help guide visitors through the park during this event. The location of Cracker Storytelling Festival is Homeland Heritage Park which is a historic venue that includes buildings dating back to the late 1800's. Volunteers will assist at storytelling sites, help in the general store, dress up as 1800's citizens and more!

Description
Polk County Parks & Recreation provides the community with safe, fun, and low-cost or free recreation and events throughout the year. We produce over 30 special events every year at various parks and venues, and operate a camp during the summer.
