We currently have an openings for either EVERY MONDAY or EVERY SATURDAY. You can go anytime during store hours from 9am-9pm. Store closes at 9pm so please allow time to clean before closing.
There are two levels in the Pecto Grapevine adoption center unit. Typically there will be 2-4 cats at a time. Cleaning will take about 1 hour. Requires scooping the 2 litter boxes, refill food & water bowls, and cleaning the condos with disinfecting wipes.
The kitties get a wet food snack daily (Fancy Feast or the like) and there are usually kitty treats you can give them.
This is a once a week on-going committment. If you need volunteer/community services hours for school this will count toward your total hours needed.

Mission Statement
Our work is a labor of love and we work very hard to socialize and care for those cats we find homeless or on death row. All of our cats have been rescued from area animal shelters & pounds, or have been acquired from individuals who were no longer able to care for them. Our primary goal, in addition to placing as many homeless cats as possible into perfect homes, is to educate the public about the importance of spay & neuter and that the lack of responsibility of people to do so is the DIRECT cause of the Pet Kill Crisis.

Classy Cats is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit Texas Corporation registered with The State of Texas as a feline rescue & adoption agency. But, Classy Cats isn't just another rescue and adoption group. Our founders and volunteers have been working cat rescue & adoption work for better than 20+ years, & collectively we have approximately 70 years of experience. We know our cats.
