ORGANIZATION: First Presbyterian Church Food Pantry

Volunteer to assist at our Food Pantry. We are open from 9-11 every Saturday. You may be asked to bring food boxes to the clients' cars, repackage food and toiletries, or cull fresh vegetables. Volunteers are also needed to prepare the food boxes on Fridays at 8:30-11. Other jobs include counting inventory, preparing monthly reports, transporting food from the Foodbank in Bethel Heights, reading temperatures of the freezers, and organizing food drives.

The purpose of the FPC Food Pantry is to share God's love by providing food for individuals and families in need who reside in Benton County, AR. FPC Food Pantry is an outreach mission of the First Presbyterian Church of Bentonville, AR.

Description

We provide shelf-stable, frozen and fresh food to clients once a month. We also provide paper products and toiletries as available. Clients often qualify for additional food via the USDA TEFAP program. We are open every Saturday from 9-11.
