We are looking for a few individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to work on a social enterprise project that will blend the best aspects of community development and social enterprise.
We are looking for volunteers who are entrepreneurs at heart to be a part of an effort to establish a social enterprise, a community based referral program (ie. Angie's List, Groupon etc.)
The Volunteer entrepreneur will be a part of the founding team that will lead to being a part of the company. The Volunteer will help with the following task:
Design and produce marketing materials; Set up a Call Center; Develop a screening and recruitment program for patrons/members; Recruit and coordinate with strategic partners; Design a membership benefit and loyalty program.

HOPE is a community based organization devloping community based strategies to effect the improvement of the quality of life in the Hyde Park neighborhood, as well as other under-served communties in Los Angeles. HOPE's approach is to engage residents and increas their capacity to play more of an active part in the process. In a sese, HOPE employs a down-up approach to community development.
