Make someone's day!

Spiritual Care volunteers support our patients and their family members by giving moral support and a compassionate listening ear. People in crisis or pain can really appreciate a calming, caring person spending quality time with them during a hospitalization. Spiritual Care is provided for those who desire it in the Emergency Department, Medical and Surgical Units, ICU and Telemetry. Spiritual Care volunteers are also very valuable to residents in our adjunct nursing home, DeMay Living Center. Our Spiritual Care volunteers are trained by our on-site chaplain.
