Volunteers needed to visit nursing homes with shelter cats and/or dogs to provide pet therapy for nursing home residents. New volunteers are not expected to conduct visits alone as there is always at least one other volunteer who conducts the visits. This is a very rewarding volunteer opportunity for people interested in aiding senior citizens and helping animals as well.
