We are looking for someone to help us add functionality and customize our Zoho CRM solution to tailor it to our specific business processes. Here are a few specific items we could use help with.
Zoho:
-set up and optimize
-customize to company specific sales funnel
-integrate external systems, google apps
-optimize with zoho or 3party tools, apps, plugins for automation, mobility
In exchange for helping us, we’ll provide an official Letter of Recommendation, recommendation on LinkedIn and any introduction to our business partners and other resources as needed.
St. Johns Housing Partnership is a non-profit organization that creatively blends a unique force of individuals and community volunteer support groups, (business, corporate, educational and religious) to increase opportunities for Affordable Housing and Affordable Living in North Florida. SJHP also offers Emergency Repairs, Wheelchair access, Foreclosure Prevention Assistance, Financial Literacy and Credit Counseling to communities in north Florida.

St Johns Housing Partnership is committed to promoting safe, decent and affordable housing in north Florida. We do this by creating links between public and private sectors on projectes that create low and moderate-income housing, rebuild neglected homes and neighborhoods, thus benefiting disadvantaged areas and enhancing community economic and social development.
Description
SJHP has a 3-fold approach for rehab efforts:
- Provide direct emergency home repair and weatherization services to low-income homeowners.
- Involve the community through volunteer recruitment, cash and material donations, and sweat equity with homeowners, when appropriate.
- Develop partnerships with local neighborhood associations and area social service agencies to increase public awareness and to generate more referrals of those in greatest need of services.
Since 1996 the SJHP has worked to first improve owner occupied sub-standard housing, then expanded into providing financial literacy when the same households needed help managing funds and to protect these families from predatory lending. Services then expanded beyond that to construct Energy Star and green certified homes for first time homebuyers, when down payment programs were adequately funded.
