Volunteer Wayfinding Job Description:

Title: Wayfinding Volunteer

Location: 5959 Harry Hines Blvd Dallas, TX 75390 Professional Office Buildings (POBs)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide clear and accurate directions to departments and offices.
• Escort patients and families to their appointments as needed.
• Offer friendly and compassionate support to individuals who may be anxious or confused.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Collaborate with Guest and Patient Services staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Time Commitment:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
