Volunteer Coordinator Assistant Internship Opportunity, 6-10 hours per week, Reports to Living Branches Volunteer Coordinator. If intern wishes to receive academic credit for the Internship, it will be the intern’s responsibility to make arrangements with his or her school. Living Branches will provide the necessary job description and performance review upon request. The Volunteer Coordinator Assistant Intern will work in conjunction with the Volunteer Coordinator on site-specific volunteer management duties at either Dock Woods or Souderton Mennonite Homes. The Volunteer Coordinator Assistant Internship will give an individual the opportunity to become acquainted with the variety of departments and staff in a long-term care facility, to become acquainted with residents and community members, to promote volunteerism, and to learn effective volunteer management techniques.

Our communities of The Willows, Souderton Mennonite Homes, and Dock Woods are dedicated to providing quality, life-enriching services on three campuses in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The organization employs over 600 team members and offers a wide range of housing, support services, and life-enriching activities for more than 1,350 residents.
