The Alzheimer’s Association of Monterey County has a volunteer opportunity that may be ideal for retired pharmaceutical company representatives, durable medical equipment sale persons, nurses, physicians or other health care professionals, sales and marketing personnel. The volunteer will develop relationships with local geriatricians, neurologists and primary care offices by making phone calls and visits to share information about the Association and Alzheimer’s disease. Possess can-do attitude with friendly, assertive manner. Able to provide own transportation. Prefer one year commitment with minimum one day per month. Training available.
