Bilingual Reception

MAM is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist for our Family Assistance Program! As a volunteer Receptionist at MAM, you would be the first point of contact for those who are seeking assistance for themselves or their families. It is an important role as you would gather initial information from clients, help them with assistance, or if needed, direct them to other programs or resources for follow up.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in the social services field, someone who is looking to gain some experience, or someone who is retired. This also is a great opportunity for a college student and looks good on a resume or job application!

Our current openings are for Mondays from either 9am-1pm or 1pm-4pm, or Thursdays from 9am-1pm. Moderate computer skills are required and you must be bilingual in English/Spanish.

If you are interested and/or would like more information, please email us at mamvolunteers@mamhouston.org. Thank you!
