Its more than just a meal... its about bringing older adults together for a great meal and some fun! Keeping us all connected, the Senior Dining Sites encourage fun and a chance to catch up with others in the community. Senior Dining Sites are for individuals age 60+.
The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin operates a Senior Dining Site at two locations in Marshfield:
2nd St Community Center (211 E 2nd St)
Cedar Rail Apartments (601 S Cedar Ave).
Lunch is served at 11:45 am Monday- Friday. Volunteers are needed to assist with set-up, serving meals, and clean-up. Help is needed anytime between 10:30-12:30. We work with your schedule and interests.

Training on safe food handling is provided.
No cooking is done on site.
Volunteers would also be welcome to provide musical entertainment, games (Bingo), or crafts. Application and background check required.

Description
ADRC-CW promotes choice and independence through information, personalized options counseling, advocacy, and access to services which prevent, delay, and lessen the impacts of aging and disabilities. We serve adults age 60 years and older and individuals age 17 years 6 months or older with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental health concerns, substance abuse issues, as well as their families, caregivers, and friends. Our service area includes Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, and Wood Counties and we have offices in Antigo, Marshfield, Merrill, Wausau, and Wisconsin Rapids.
