Mission Statement

Marshall Medical Center proudly serves the Western slope of El Dorado County with not for profit community health care facilities including the hospital; diagnostic, radiology and lab centers; primary care clinics in Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills and Placerille; a community health library in Placerville; and health promotion throughout the area. Our mission is to promote health improvement and provide health services of extraordinary value and quality to our community. The mission of the Community Volunteer Program Department is to provide an efficient and patient/community-centered volunteer staff that offers an extra dimension of care and services to patients, family members, visitors and support staff for Marshall Hospital, all its health care facilities, and the community.

Description

Marshall Medical is an independent non-profit health care organization with a local board of directors who volunteer their time to represent the needs and interests of a growing community. The main hospital structure and numerous outpatient services (including a Community Health Library, Physical Rehabilitation Services, Health Promotion and Health Care) located in Placerville, with additional services provided in Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills, and Georgetown.
