Greetings!

Are you seeking a rewarding volunteer opportunity? Do you have experience in fundraising or event planning? Find a home with Gold Country Wildlife Rescue and let us work together to bring a better future to our local wildlife!

As one of the major wildlife rehabilitation organizations in Northern California, we are constantly seeking dedicated individuals to assist in the many areas of need within. As a grant writer or fundraising volunteer, you will be responsible for helping the over 3500 wild animals our organization receives each year. As a non-profit, wildlife rehabilitation organization, GCWR receives no government funding and relies solely on the donations of the public to care for our patients. Nutrition, medication, enrichment, and all aspects of the animal care is paid for through the good will of the public and our priceless volunteers!
