We need volunteers to help in all sorts of ways during our upcoming BBQ fundraising event newly named "Grills 'n' Grilles". This event will be held at Western Gateway Park. We will need help setting up beginning early that morning, around 9am (shifts) and throughout the day until tear down and clean up at 4pm. Setting up will entail putting up pop-up canopies, tables, putting up signs, helping to sign in car show and bbq entrants, selling tickets and other items. At the end of the day we will need help taking down canopies, cleaning the park, etc.
