If you love cats and want to help save lives, then consider volunteering as a PetcoCat Care Attendant for MADACC. This volunteer roles provide for the daily care and needs of up to 4 MADACC adoptable cats at the Oak Creek PetSmart or Petco St. Francis location.
Responsibilities include cleaning of cat cages, feeding and watering cats, providing clean litter boxes, providing clean bedding and toys, and basic socialization.
Volunteers can choose to participate as often as multiple times per week or as little as bi-weekly. It takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes of time and there are both morning and evening availabilities throughout the week. Openings on Sunday afternoon/evening, Monday morning, and Thursday afternoon/evening.

Description
MADACC currently rescues and assures safe, temporary shelter, veterinary and humane care for nearly 10,000 stray, unwanted, abandoned, mistreated and injured animals each year -- more than any other animal control shelter in Wisconsin. MADACC provides a central location for owners to find and recover their lost pets at 3839 W. Burnham St. in West Milwaukee and is open seven days a week, including evening hours on weekdays. MADACC rescues strays and removes dangerous animals from public areas providing effective animal control services by active enforcement of Wisconsin State Statues pertaining to animal welfare.
MADACC is an organization charged with the responsibility of rescuing thousands of lost and homeless animals and animals suffering from cruelty, neglect and indifference.
