Work at the CVC clinic front desk. Welcome clients, chat with them while they wait, pet and talk to the patients. Coordinate paperwork and charts, enter charges into computer and take client payments. Help coordinate patient flow and efficiency. Interact with veterinarians and clinic support staff. Make reminder calls for appointments, return phone messages, explain services to potential clients. While we would never want to lose a "trained-up" volunteer, this experience could make you employable in a veterinarian's office.

Community Veterinary Center (CVC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to provide quality, comprehensive and compassionate veterinary care to the animals of low income caregivers; and promote responsible animal care through education, preventive medicine, and community outreach.
