It's important to make a good first impression. At GBMC, we have openings for volunteers who are interested in becoming part of that first impression. As a greeter, you will welcome visitors and patients to the hospital at the main entrance, assist with an umbrella on rainy days, provide helpful directions and transport patients in wheelchairs to their doctor's appointments. Greeters help once a week for a 4 hour shift. This is a very physical position. Greeters stand for their whole shift and push wheelchairs.
