Avalon Hospice provides end of life care and support to patients and families. The goal is to enhance overall comfort and quality of life. One of our programs is delivering flowers to hospice patients weekly. Description
Avalon Hospice is comprised of a team of doctors, nurses, aids, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. Our approach to hospice care considers the wide range of needs patients and families experience when facing a terminal illness. Avalon's collaborative team approach ensures patients' and their families' specific needs are targeted and addressed quickly and with great compassion.
