Volunteers of America Texas is in search of a passionate and talented individual to serve as a beautician/barber to the residents of Fort Bend Gardens, a low-income housing site for seniors.
The beautician/barber will be responsible for giving manicures and pedicures, cutting and styling hair, etc. They will be able to interact with residents in a fun and relaxed environment while helping residents care for themselves and their appearance/hygiene and improve their overall quality of life.
Volunteers with some training in doing hair or nails and a deisre to work with seniors are encouraged to apply.
