Under the direct supervision of the Manager, the Greeter Volunteer is responsible for cheerfully greeting everyone that comes through the doors, providing great customer service by helping with patients general needs and performing various services for patients and staff members as required. Greet infusion and lab draw patients, confirm appointments and escort patients back for treatment.

Knows, follows, and actively supports the philosophy, mission and vision of Ingalls Hospital. Adheres to all hospital policies, procedures and standards of care. Observes, adheres to all corporate compliance requirements and communicates issues as they arise to the appropriate parties as identified in the Corporate Compliance Plan.
