The volunteer is a part of the hospital service team. You will work closely with patients, families, hospital staff, other volunteers and visitors in a service capacity. Establish positive customer rapport with patients, visitors and co-workers while representing Ingalls Hospital. Activities include but are not limited to giving directions and information regarding the hospital and its services.
