Client Engagement volunteers help ensure a welcome, friendly and organized environment at the Beans and Bread center, a day resource center for people experiencing homelessness.
Client Engagement Volunteers:Greet and welcome each client
Answer the phone and direct calls to appropriate staff member
Assist in the distribution of clothing or other necessary items to those clients who are in need (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
Help organize client mail to ensure proper delivery
Direct clients to additional programs and services available at the Beans & Bread Center
Once a week commitment for 3 months preferred.
