The mission of the Registrar of Voters is to ensure the electoral process will be conducted professionally, consistently demonstrating neutrality and non-partisan decision-making, based upon a thorough knowledge of and compliance with all election laws by administering them timely, responsively and with integrity on behalf of those we serve. We are seeking bilingual individuals who speak proficient English and one of the following languages; Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog or Vietnamese.
Description
The Registrar of Voters has a great demand for approximately 3,500 individuals to serve at one of many polling places throughout the County of Riverside during the June 7, 2016 Cosolidated Presidential Primary election. We encourage bilingual individuals in the Spanish, Tagalog, Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese language to serve as Election Officers to assist voters who may be limited in English proficiency. Community participation is essential, we encourage you to put democracy into action and serve as Election Officers.
